My best theraphy
List of therapy I do and have at the times I’m feelin down and poignant:
Just being alone, all by myself
Reading scriptures, church Magazines
Walking along the shore, merely thinking of anything or everything
Watching people
Reading books
Cleaning
Looking back at the writings in my journal
Looking back at the writings at ate's journal (hehe)
Looking at old pictures
Listening to butter belly's piano pieces
Sleeping
Eating alone
Just go out, walk with no definite direction
Last, but the best therapy I like a lot, hurriedly going to my butter belly and just say "Big Hug!” and man, it surely, definitely works all the time...
